Time to Drive is an iPhone app created by the University of North Carolina's Highway Research Center. It's purpose is to help teen drivers practice while allowing their parents to track and monitor their progress.
The app design was meant to be informative, but also have game elements, like unlocking new levels and achievement medals, in order to appeal to a teenage audience. The look is reminiscent a car dashboard.
For the promotional website, a unique navigation was built to mimic the scrolling effect of the in-phone app.
